DIY Whiteboard Tables

Click to watch the video!

When the students at East Greenwich High School got their own chrome books, 10th grade english teacher Mike Penza wanted a way for his students to be able to share their notes. Mike took a few old library tables and bought a 16oz can of whiteboard paint ($20 at HomeDepot) and created DIY whiteboard desks! Students are able to write directly on the tables, draw pictures, and share notes with their peers for discussion. Mike was able to create a collaborative work space for his students on a budget!
